Whether you are curious about cross-stitch or are already experienced with a needle, this workshop is for you! Learn the basics of cross-stitch, pick up a new stitch, and enjoy time creating a holiday project before the seasonal rush. Participants will receive all materials needed to complete the project, though it may not be finished during class. We’ll also explore tips and techniques for making it easier to follow and work from your chart. All materials are provided. Led by Camille Werther.

Tuesday, January 12 from 6 to 9 p.m. | Macrame: Cross Your Heart
Join us to make a beautiful heart motif wall hanging using traditional macramé techniques. Students will learn basic macramé knots while working with natural, undyed cotton cording, a biodegradable natural fiber, and plain or painted wooden beads. No prior macramé experience is required; beginners are warmly welcome. All materials will be provided, and participants will leave with a handmade piece of natural fiber art ready to display in their home. Led by DeeAnna Visk.

Friday, January 29 from 6 to 8 p.m. | Fabric Collage Workshop
Create a unique work of art using fabric scraps—like painting with fabric! Learn how to cut, layer, and piece together fabric to create beautiful compositions without sewing. Explore the art of fabric collage as you design landscapes, botanical scenes, and bird-inspired artwork using color, texture, and pattern. No experience is necessary. Instructed by Stephanie Wolcott. Pre-registration is required.
