In just one hour, we will walk you through creating a terrarium— a mini jungle that is easy to care for and fun to build. We will provide everything you need to create your own unique living world, from plants to decorative elements. Plus, we’ll share tips on how to keep it healthy and thriving. Feel free to bring any small items to make your terrarium extra special! Come get your hands a little dirty and leave with a beautiful, living piece of nature to enjoy or to give as a gift. Tuesday, October 7 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. | DIY Tin Plant Pot
Learn how to transform trash into treasure by making an upcycled tin plant pot. In this workshop, students will be using tomato cans to repurpose them as a new plant home. All materials are provided to make your recycled planter, including the option to add round feed to the planter if desired. Pre-registration is required. $40. $30 for garden members.

Make your very own "Pingdom", also known as a little plant kingdom, in this fun, hands-on workshop. We will be making a carnivorous plant display that will showcase a variety of plant species together. All materials provided. Pre-registration is required. $90. $80 for garden members.

Join us for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the art of creating kokedama, a traditional Japanese moss ball planter! Using 4" spider plants or pothos, we'll guide you through the process of shaping, wrapping, and styling your own living masterpiece. Perfect for beginners and plant lovers alike, this workshop is a creative way to add a touch of greenery to your space. All materials provided. Pre-registration is required. $60. $50 for garden members. Note: the instructors recommend not wearing white, or lightly-colored attire, as participants will be creating a mud ball!

What's better than the joy of growing plants? Sharing that joy with others! In this workshop, you'll learn how to take cuttings from your own houseplants and discover the steps of successful propagation. Each participant will bring a plant from home and have the chance to share the story behind it.
