Join us for informative and interactive classes where you'll learn about different varieties, brewing techniques, and discover the plants that make your favorite teas. Whether you're a seasoned tea lover or just starting to explore tea, these classes offer a refreshing way to connect with nature and expand your knowledge of the botanical origins of tea. Different topics are offered throughout the year, ranging from Japanese teas to floral teas, to tea cocktails.
Thursday, February 26 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. | Therapeutic Teas
Take a look at the intersection of a social tea experience with both Eastern and Western herbalist traditions. We will touch on modern research of functionality claims, as well as hype, and examine the balance of functionality with taste, as well as safety concerns, enjoyability, and enriching one's lifestyle through generational knowledge.

Thursday, April 23 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. | Japanese Teas
Explore the culture and history of tea throughout Japan. Participants will sample a variety of brews, including matcha, while learning how tea is deeply woven into Japanese tradition. Discover what distinguishes the quality and craftsmanship of authentic Japanese teas and matcha from teas around the world.
