Wednesday, July 2 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. |  The Way of Tea: GongFu Style Steeping, and Oolong Paths to Enlightenment
Set aside a thoughtful hour to explore the beauty and complexity of oolong tea with Rebecca Grzeskowiak of The Tea Smith. Through the mindful practice of Gongfu-style steeping, you'll discover how the natural world is artfully expressed in each cup—through aroma, flavor, and texture. This immersive session will guide you through the craftsmanship behind artisan quality oolong teas, offering a rich sensory experience and a deeper appreciation for tea culture.
