Join Michelle Cooper for the mindful movements of Tai Chi and Qigong - focusing on decreasing tension, improving flexibility, strength, better balance/body awareness, mental focus, and calming the nervous system. Sessions take place in standing positions, with no floor work, and no mat is required. Programs are designed for ages 16+

Tuesday morning (8 to 9 a.m.) and Sunday evening (6 to 7 p.m.) classes are appropriate for all levels. No previous experience is required. $15, $10 for garden members. 

About the Instructor
Michelle Cooper is a certified Tai Chi and Qigong Instructor and teaches all levels, from beginner to advanced. She incorporates her passion for Tai Chi and Qigong with her 25 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, and her teaching background to ensure her classes are fun, progressive, and easy to follow (with modifications given for all levels).
