Easter Brunch at Lauritzen Gardens has become an annual tradition for many area families. Reservations include a brunch buffet in the visitor and education center, plus admission to the garden and Thomas Dambo's TROLLS: Save the Humans. 

Tickets are $59 for ages 13+, $44 for ages 3 to 12, and free for children 2 and under. Members, and those covered under their membership category, receive a $10 discount per ticket.

Carving Station:

• Roast Round of Beef served with Bordelaise & Creamy Horseradish
• Baked Ham served with Fruit Glaze 

Hot Table:

• Chicken and Spinach Alfredo Penne Casserole
