Daytime Visits with Advance Admission Tickets:

The garden opens at 9 a.m. daily. During the holiday season, the last daytime entry is at 2:30 p.m. and the garden closes at 3:30 p.m. If you would like to experience Thomas Dambo’s TROLLS: Save the Humans and Bright Nights in the same day, click here to purchase full-day tickets.

The cafe is open daily from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (please note that no outside food is allowed onsite). J’s Coffee is open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily with a selection of cold and hot beverages.

All guests should make sure to arrive on the correct date and be ready to show their ticket barcode(s) to the front desk attendant. 

Hours of operation through November 26: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Sofia’s Play Garden closes daily at 4:30 p.m.)

Hours of operation from November 28 through January 4: 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (last entry at 2:30 p.m.)
Please note that the model railroad garden is closed for the season, but trains are running throughout the holiday show.

Lauritzen Gardens Member Daily Admission:

• Garden members do not need to reserve tickets online for standard daily admission.
• On the day of their visit, members should present their membership card and a valid ID at the front desk.
• During the holiday season, garden members with Bright Nights tickets may enter the garden after 2:30 p.m. If members do not have Bright Nights tickets, they will need to complete their visit by 3:30 p.m. when the garden closes.

Please note that all ticket sales are final and no refunds are offered. In the event of inclement weather, we will make every effort to move tickets to another date. If the garden closes, tickets will be refunded or moved to a date of the purchaser's choice. Tickets expire after their assigned date and all unused tickets are considered a donation to the garden's mission. Thank you for supporting your public garden.
