Rooted in both science and self-care ritual, facial lymphatic massage is a soothing practice that works with the lymphatic system—an essential part of immune function—to encourage circulation and release stagnation in the face and neck.
In this guided workshop, participants will learn simple, effective facial lymphatic massage techniques that can be incorporated into a daily routine. Through a blend of breath, intentional touch, and quiet reflection, the experience invites participants to slow down, reconnect with their body, and engage the senses within the natural beauty of the gardens. A closing meditation and journaling session will offer space for integration and intention setting.
This experience focuses on creating a deeper sense of self care, presence, and connection to support both inner well-being and outer vitality.
