In appreciation of your garden membership, members will be among the first to experience the joys of Sofia's Play Garden, a brand-new space designed to spark imagination, discovery, and joy for visitors of all ages and abilities.

This amazing acre offers an inclusive, sensory-friendly environment where children and families can learn, play, and connect with nature in meaningful ways. From larger-than life birdhouses to sculptures that "sing" and from a plant petting zoo to a meditative labyrinth, this beautifully designed garden is a celebration of curiosity and connection—and we’re giving YOU the first look!

In order to share this new space with as many people as possible, a timed reservation, good for a 50-minute preview of Sofia's Play Garden, is required for the opening weekend. You are welcome to stay and visit other outdoor garden areas until 5 p.m. on Saturday or Sunday. 

Reservations are only valid for the number of guests covered by your household membership. Additional, non-member guests will be welcomed into Sofia's Play Garden after it opens to the public on May 26.
