Curious about sourdough but not sure where to start? In this beginner-friendly class with Mindy Kniefl, you’ll learn how to make delicious sourdough bread step by step—from caring for a starter, to mixing, shaping, and baking your own loaf.

You will leave with:

• Your own established sourdough starter

• A loaf of bread you made, ready to take home and bake

• A printed guide to help you keep baking confidently on your own

We will also sample freshly baked sourdough during the class, so come hungry and ready to dive into the magic of wild yeast and fermentation! This workshop is perfect for beginners—no prior experience needed. Pre-registration is required. $65, $55 for garden members.
