Origami is the Japanese art of paper folding. Join origami artist, author and illustrator Linda Stephen to explore origami and the possibilities of paper. These make-it-take-it programs are designed for ages 16+. All materials will be provided, but participants can also bring their own favorite papers.

Saturday, March 14 from 10:30 a.m. to noon  |  Easter Napkin Folding and Origami
Use origami techniques to fold napkins and paper for Easter or other spring celebrations! In this class, artist Linda Stephen will guide participants through folds and techniques to create bunnies and flowers and how to make an easy origami Easter basket in any size. All materials will be provided, but participants can also bring their own favorite papers or napkins. Saturday, May 16 from 10:30 a.m. to noon  |  Modular Cubic Rose Ball
Explore the challenge of modular origami-origami made with many folded units. The beautiful ishibashi cubic rose ball is made from six folded paper units and can be used as home decor, an ornament, or jewelry. All materials will be provided, but participants can also bring their own favorite papers. Pre-registration is required one week in advance of the class.
